Please select a date and time for your Newly Eligible supplemental benefits enrollment meeting by phone. A benefits representative will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment. You may select a virtual or call-center enrollment type and the benefits representative will initiate the virtual meeting with you if you select that enrollment type.
